Love all the parts of you
The Problem
In our chaotic and unjust world, many of us live on high alert, struggling with rage, fear, and hopelessness, disconnected from our bodies, our true selves, and each other.
How I Can Help
I am a clinical psychologist and mindfulness meditation practitioner in the Plum Village tradition. I use a somatic mindfulness and compassion-based approach to help clients tune in to their inner wisdom and build bold and authentic lives, right where they are.
How I Work
I work from a model (Internal Family Systems) that is based on the idea that we have multiple "parts" inside of us (e.g., critical parts, playful parts, impulsive parts).
I help clients bring mindful, loving, and compassionate awareness to all their parts. By bringing their parts into harmony, clients are able to get unstuck.
Who I Work With
I am a good fit for people that do not resonate with mainstream mental health approaches.
I specialize in working with:
Anxiety and burnout - Overthinkers - Perfectionists - People pleasers -
People of color - Children of immigrants
I have specialized training in:
Meditation and psychotherapy - Anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice - Decolonizing mental health for people of color - Somatic self-compassion - Somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation
